I have been a full time sport performance coach for almost 10 years and have been fortunate to coach athletes from the first timer to the world championship competitor. i am a lifetime athlete that got into endurance sports to stay competitive, and i loved it so much i made it my business. our company deals in all things sport performance, but our business is centered around cycling, running, and triathlon. i personally complete in all types of endurance events, but excel on 2 wheels. i am a multi time ironman finisher, usat all-american, category 2 cyclist, and i love going fast.

I’m an avid runner and running shoe aficionado, simply put I am a Sneakerholic. Curious by nature with a desire to on the forefront of running shoe technology form and biomechanics i started researching running shoes 5 years ago devouring everything i could get my hands on concerning running shoes. armed with this information i justified my purchases and continued feeding my running shoe addiction.

I have completed 3 Ironman triathlons, 7 stand-alone marathons and a number of half Ironman, half marathon and Olympic distance triathlons. I typically work out 5-6 times a week, with longer sessions during the racing season. for flexibility and strength, i also attend yoga, body conditioning classes and in-door spin classes at the gym. fitness is a very important part of my life style and i have used and sampled various sports gears and nutrition products for the sports i love.

ABOUT ME

Growing up I was involved in Baseball and Soccer. After college I became hooked on Triathlon. After competing in Triathlon for 5 years I made the transition to ultra running and have not looked back since. i love helping other runners reach their goals and rehab from injury. i am a gear junkie and spend a lot of my time researching and trying new products to help me accomplish my running goals. i am not hitting the podium in most events but usually finish top 10-25 in my trail races. i am usually the front of the mid pack and can be competitive in my age group. i enjoy all things running fitness. i have created a strength training program for runners and cyclists. as a therapist i understand the importance of strength training and love body weight training. i average 30-50 miles per week depending on what events i am training for. outside of my family running is a big part of my life. it is my alone time where i can relax reflect and meditate on all aspects of my life

I have played football for over 11 years/14 seasons at O-Line. I know what is needed to succeed at that position at a high level, and the gear that helps best. i have been reviewing lineman based products for over 2 years (feb,17th)

ABOUT ME

Having 5 kids has given us the opportunity to be very active: We run, bike, ski, ice skate, ride horse, swim, snorkel, play volleyball, shoot hoops...we don’t sit still much. i’m passionate about running and our incredible country. i decided to mix the two 5 years ago and carry the american flag as i ran in races or on special occasions. i’ve run 34 patriot runs, working toward #40 in june. i’m humbled to honor the true heroes of our country who fight for the freedoms we get to enjoy daily. i’ve run past hundreds of patriots who feel the same way, and man, is that exciting! i’ve since been labeled the patriot runner.

I have been recording my journey to pursuing my dreams for the last 5 years now. I have always had the passion to try anything because we only have a short time on this earth so why not try everything. my vlogs have been an essential part of my life and teach me what i’ve done wrong and hopefully teach others what they can do right. since i achieved my dream of moving to los angeles i have been trying out new sports and activities. my running has become a bigger part of my life. i have also began to try out surfing and skateboarding when i get to borrow a board. i still keep up my martial arts when i get the chance and when i finally get the chance i will take my airsoft friend on in a match. i don’t keep myself locked into any sport because that only limits my experience with the world. i can’t wait to see what awaits me tomorrow.

I am a mother of 2 and I started running in May 2013 to help with weight loss, when my kids were 2 and 4. In 2 1/2 years I’m down 60 pounds, have run the nyc marathon twice, done 9 half marathons and about 25 other races of various distances. i’ve also completed 2 sprint triathlons. my next goal is to complete a half ironman. i am a member of nyrr, northport running club and i run 4. i will continue to run until my body won’t let me. i hope to be one of those 80 year old ladies still running marathons!
