I have completed 3 Ironman triathlons, 7 stand-alone marathons and a number of half Ironman, half marathon and Olympic distance triathlons. I typically work out 5-6 times a week, with longer sessions during the racing season. for flexibility and strength, i also attend yoga, body conditioning classes and in-door spin classes at the gym. fitness is a very important part of my life style and i have used and sampled various sports gears and nutrition products for the sports i love.
